All of our seafood products are sourced direct and must pass the most stringent requirements in our industry.

A lot of time and effort is spent sourcing, inspecting and preparing our high quality products for delivery to you. By the time our steaks and seafood reach your plate, they should be the best of the best, or we both should be dissatisified.
