Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday through Thursday unless the ship day or following day is a holiday. No matter the Arrival Date you choose, we will always ship the day prior so we can ensure your order arrives without issues. If you have a specific date you wish to receive your order (Tuesday through Friday), please contact us and we'll adjust the ship date of your order.

Your order will arrive frozen, carefully packed in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. The dry ice ensures your order arrives frozen and ready for your freezer. Your order will be delivered via FEDEX. Please be very careful when removing the dry ice from your order. Dry ice will burn your skin if you touch it directly.

Returns & Replacements
What?! Everything wasn't perfect? Rarely, something happens during fulfillment or shipping that causes an order not to be perfect. Due to the nature of our product (frozen food), we do not accept returns. No worries though, our 100% satisfaction guarantee kicks in. We'll replace your order or give you a refund. Easy.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
If you use a credit card to purchase from our website, we'll place an 'authorization' against your card. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If you use a debit card, the funds will be charged immediately. Pricing in effect at the time of your order will be reflected on your order. Any promotion you take advantage of at time of order will be honored regardless of when your order is shipped.
