"This is a traditional tartar sauce complete with hardboiled egg and capers. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days."

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon minced capers

1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

salt to taste

 

salt and white pepper to taste

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

1 dash hot pepper sauce

Directions
1.In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, capers, and egg. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a dash hot pepper sauce. Stir. Chill.
